"I called my State Farm Agent's office, to change the beneficiaries on my Life Insurance policy. I spoke with Ms. Marcy Beimal and she understood the urgency for me to make these changes due to my current health issues. Marcy immediately sent me the link to the forms I needed and stayed on the phone to ensure I received it and could open it. The link would not open for me so she scanned the forms and sent me the PDF files. I know the scanning took time for her to do and I appreciate the fact that I was not told to send a message to an online tech to help me. Marcy understood how important it was to me to get the documents and implemented a backup plan. I was able to fill out these forms using my PDF software which was tricky for me to use on the unfillable PDF forms that State Farm provides their customers. I had to call Marcy back several times with questions on filling out the forms and she was very professional, pleasant, and patient with me each time I called. Thank you Marcy for your EXCELLENT customer service skills, and job knowledge and for demonstrating how important backup plans are needed, in all lines of business."
